摘要: Abstract Mammalian models of cardiac disease have provided unique and important insights into human but become increasingly challenging to produce. The zebrafish could provide inexpensive high-throughput injury repair. We used a highly targeted laser, synchronized fire at specific phases the cycle, induce regional ventricle, atrioventricular (AV) cushion, bulbus arteriosus (BA). assessed impact laser on hearts early larvae 72 h postfertilization, different regions, recording effects ejection fraction (EF), heart rate (HR), blood flow 2 24 h postinjury (hpi).
