摘要: To differentiate the Borrelia burgdorferi sensu lato genospecies, LightCycler real-time PCR was used for fluorescence (SYBR Green I) melting curve analysis of borrelial recA gene products. The specific temperature analyzed is a function GC/AT ratio, length, and nucleotide sequence amplified product. A total 32 DNA samples were tested. Of them three isolated from B. reference strains 16 cultured Ixodes ricinus ticks; 13 directly nine human biopsy specimens four I. tick midguts. garinii 2°C lower than that stricto afzelii. Melting offers rapid alternative identification detection genospecies.
