摘要: The evolutionary changes in the electricity system are reshaping operation and control to achieve a more sustainable environment. In this transition, distributed energy resources (DERs) may introduce some problems, such as intermittent features, but could also play an important role on accommodating intermittence assisting operation. A proper aggregation coordination scheme of DER units is required enable flexibility provision economical efficient manner. meanwhile, nondistruptive essential guarantee their long-term active participation. addition, newly established should allow coordinate other controllable grid facilities.
