摘要: The authors have measured the change in anisotropy of NMR spin-lattice relaxation rates for $^{63}\mathrm{Cu}$(2), $^{17}\mathrm{O}$(2,3), and $^{89}\mathrm{Y}$ between normal superconducting states ${\mathrm{YBa}}_{2}$${\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}$${\mathrm{O}}_{7}$. These results cannot be explained by a straightforward extension to T${\mathit{T}}_{\mathit{c}}$ current theories, such as theory Millis, Monien, Pines normal-state relaxation.
