摘要: The activities of the de-N-glycosylation enzymes endo-N-acetyl- [beta]-D-glucosaminidase (ENGase; EC 3.2.1.96) and peptide-N4- (N-acetyl-[beta]-D-glucosaminyl) asparagine amidase (PNGase; 3.5.1.52) were monitored during germination postgerminative development in radish (Raphanus sativus L. cv Flamboyant). ENGase activity was detected only postgermination, whereas PNGase present at high levels both stages. When inhibited with abscisic acid or cycloheximide, a basic level not all. is as an active protein dry seeds apparently synthesized seed formation. Conversely, absence suggests that its dependent on synthesis occurs after germination. Treatment gibberellic confirmed production germination, demonstrated temporal delay between two this period. Our results suggest are differentially regulated plant development.
