摘要: In this article we discuss the social position of black middle class and two forms work stress that appear unique to group: token rejection. We outline a research agenda for studying: (1) relationship between these stressors mental health in context environment, (2) type strategies especially efficacious (or problematic) with regard problems. begin paper contextual discussion class. then offer set theoretical predictions about among African Americans. conclude recommendations future research, identify implications policy efforts diversify workplace.
