摘要: Abstract The importance of service delivery technology and online adoption usage in the banking industry has received an increased discussion literature recent years. Owing to fact that Strong services are important drivers for bank performance customer delivery; several studies have been carried out on or acceptance where already deployed factors influence customers׳ use intention those services. However, despite increasing literatures, no attempt made look at consumers׳ preference terms future adoption. This study used conjoint analysis stated methods with discrete choice model analyze pattern regarding potential Nigerian industry. result revealed increase efficiency strengthen competitiveness, banks need promote smart practical branded especially self-services same time a universal e-banking system add entertainment extra convenience customers such as ease including digital wallet, real-time interaction (video banking), ATMs integrated phones, website customization, biometric services, currency.
