摘要: In this paper, we examine the effects of hole carrier injection and mobility on both electroluminescence (EL) quantum efficiency operating voltage bilayer organic light-emitting diodes (OLED's). We find that hole-injection is limited by nature injecting interface significantly affects voltage, but not OLED. Hole found to affect device efficiency. demonstrate characteristics an ideal ohmic contact measuring space-charge-limited currents in a trap-free transporting polymer layer.
