摘要: Background: Both low back pain (LBP) and neck (NP) are major occupational health problems. In the workplace, participatory ergonomics (PE) is frequently used on musculoskeletal disorders. However, evidence effectiveness of PE to prevent LBP NP obtained from randomised controlled trials (RCTs) scarce. This study evaluates process Stay@Work programme, including perceived implementation prioritised ergonomic measures. Methods: cluster-RCT was conducted at departments four Dutch companies (a railway transportation company, an airline a steel university its medical hospital). Directly after randomisation outcome, intervention formed working group that followed steps during six-hour meeting. Guided by ergonomist, groups identified risk factors for NP, composed Within three months meeting, had implement measures their department. Data various components (recruitment, reach, fidelity, satisfaction, components, i.e., dose delivered received) were collected analysed two levels: department (i.e., members departments) participant workers departments). Results: A total 19 (n = 10 with mental workloads, n 1 light physical workload, 4 heavy workloads) recruited participation, reach among who participated high (87%). Fidelity satisfaction towards programme rated good (7.3 or higher). The same found ergocoach training (7.5 total, 66 groups. Altogether, 34% all as implemented (dose delivered), while 26% received). Conclusions: can be successful method develop prioritise NP. Despite positive rating lower than expected.
