Hall-effect studies in YBa2Cu3O7/PrBa2Cu3O7 superlattices

摘要: We measured the resistivity and Hall coefficient {ital R}{sub H}} in a series of YBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7}/PrBa{sub 7} multilayers. found no systematic change transport properties with decreasing layer thicknesses down to one unit cell. The evaluated for layers are slightly higher than bulk material, suggesting small decrease carrier density However, we observe number 1/{ital eR}{sub when thickness 1}Cu{sub decreases, so that lowering T}{sub c}} observed superlattices cannot simply be related density. Furthermore, find temperature dependence is very similar materials.
