摘要: The ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP) has multiple roles in the normal nervous system, including development of synaptic connections and plasticity. Research over past several years indicated a role for UPP aging without any overt pathology brain. In addition, malfunction is implicated Alzheimer's disease (AD) dementia associated with it. this mini review article, we assess literature on protein degradation by AD special emphasis dysregulation its contribution to cognitive decline impairment.
