摘要: This paper explores the question of how and why actors innovate in terms identifying, acting upon realizing new combinations resources identified market needs, within a larger economic system. By characterising three types opportunities applying to an analysis emergence mobile communications, argues that more abstract general conceptualization may be warranted.
