Raman studies of structural phase transition in [NH2(CH3)2]3Sb2Cl9 (DMACA)

摘要: Tris(dimethylammonium) nonachlorodiantimonate (DMACA) is a ferroelectric with transition temperature Tc = 242 K. Low-frequency Raman spectroscopic studies were carried out on this crystal within the range 100-300 K to look for possible spectral changes resulting from phase transition. A detailed analysis of frequencies, line widths and intensities was made through in order understand its nature. It follows that pseudo-spin-phonon interactions higher are effective case.
