摘要: This paper explores the potential of sensitivity analysis to improve Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) process and enhance environmental integration. It applies Sensitivity Model Prof. Vester® England SEA process, following two objectives: (1) establishing how different strategic assessment elements affect integration; (2) in terms response change.
