摘要: Abstract In order to grow at lower temperatures single crystals of a BaTiO 3 -type oxide fluoride, flux based on LiF has been used. Several kinds combinations have considered; the - BaF 2 LiBO mixture appears be most effective. The morphology so grown described. Chemical analysis performed and temperature dependence dielectric constant determined. Relationships among morphology, composition are discussed.
