Analytical techniques in government science policy

摘要: Abstract The need is felt by governments and others that their policies towards science technology should be improved using good analytical conceptual tools. This article summarises the results of a study undertaken at OECD into how useful some countries have found these formal techniques, caution advised over uncritical adoption.
