摘要: Between 1968 and 1973, the governments of United States Britain forcibly removed indigenous people Indian Ocean's Chagos Archipelago to create a military base on island Diego Garcia. Since their expulsion, people—known as Chagossians, who are descendants enslaved Africans indentured Indians—have sued two gain right return reparations.
