摘要: A correlation between the superconducting (SC) transition and antiferromagnetic (AF) spin fluctuations in a new SC copper thiospinel Cu1+xCo2−xS4 (x=0−0.5) was investigated microscopically by an NMR experiment at 75MHz range of T=4.2−200K. For x=0.5 (TN=19.0K, TC=2.3K), (T1T)−1 both 63Cu site 59Co B are significantly enhanced with lowering T below ~100K. While, for x=0 (TN=17.5K TC=0), enhancements strongly suppressed. This indicates that AF correlations grow sample (x=0.5) than non-SC (x=0).
