摘要: A simple, sensitive and selective chemiluminescence (CL) method was developed for the determination of cysteine. This is based on that weak CL cysteine oxidized with cerium (IV) can be greatly enhanced by quinine. The calibration curve linear over range 3.5 x 10(-9)-3.5 10(-6) M a detection limit 2.5 10(-9) (S/N=3). RSD found to 8.4% 10 replicate determinations 2.9 10(-8) Due high sensitivity, proposed used directly determine total concentration in human serum through simply diluting sample thousand fold. obtained result agreement given amino acid autoanalyzer. present does not require any separation, showing simpler analytical characteristic. mechanism reaction also discussed.
