摘要: This paper reports that the blend films of poly (2-methoxy-5–(2'-ethyl-hexyloxy)-p-phenylene vinylene) (MEH-PPV) and N,N'-bis(1-ethylpropyl)-3,4: 9,10-perylene bis (tetracarboxyl diimide) (EP-PDI) with weight ratio 1:2.5 have been prepared by spin-coating from chloroform (CF) chlorobenzene (CB) solutions respectively. The absorption spectra morphology show large crystal-like EP-PDI aggregates are formed in film CB solution, which corresponds to a new shoulder near 590 nm, while there is no around nm UV–Vis CF solution. electric-field dependence photocurrent generation quantum yield solution shows at weak electric field act as more efficient sensitizers, but strong yields become almost invariable over entire spectral range matter what state EP-PDI, monomer or aggregate. At field, both saturate their spectrally similar, mentioning photoexcitons dissociate efficiently free charges collected electrodes completely.
