摘要: Extensive studies of the molecular parameters ion-selective antibiotics (26, 29) and synthetic ion-carriers (1, 23, 25, 26), model calculations interaction hard cations with electrically neutral compounds (12, 13) formed framework for development a variety ligands (11). These have been used successfully as components in liquid membrane electrodes (10, 14). Today, potentiometric measurement activity alkali- alkaline earth metal cations, carrier baged selectivity Li+ (4, 28), Na+ (5, 27), K+ (17, 21), Ca2+ (24, 30), Ba2+ (6) are available. now widely used, especially physiology (7) medicine (10). In these areas Mg2+ -selective electrode would be great interest. following, design features ligand briefly discussed new solvent polymeric just sufficient -selectivity intracellular is presented.
