Monte Carlo method for neutron spectrum recovery - a new approach based on the accelerated ions distribution

摘要: New method of neutron spectrum recovery described in the paper involves accelerated deuterons (that produce neutrons DD reaction) and allows getting any direction from computed time-velocity $(t, \textbf{V})$ characteristics deuterons. Time flight signals registered various distances directions are used, that makes information involved process (Monte-Carlo simulation) more complete than a one-directional case, although additional assumption about axial symmetry motion, is required. In recent results two standard tests proposed presented demonstrating its capability to recover time-of-flight signals.
