IMS security and what we should learn from the Internet

摘要: The IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) was developed by a common initiative of the standardization bodies 3GPP and ETSI TISPAN with aim to provide platform for fixed mobile network operators that supports future communication services. In this article we give an overview about implications security threats already known from Internet have on IMS. We analyze requirements IMS based architecture describe possible solutions. Finally, argue secure environment extensive traffic monitoring is required in order IMS-based services manner.
