摘要: The effects of geological conditionwere assessed on density Soil Organic Carbon (SOC) and Nitrogen (N)in a sequence hillslope landscape, derived from different lithology i.e. loess deposit, reworked loess, marl with mixed siltstone shale, reddish brown clay deposits older in the semiarid area northern Iran. However, other factors can influence SOC N such as land use, topography climate geology, pasture use have been selected homogeneous to study their lithology. Total 108 soil samples were two layers 0-20 cm (surface) 20-40 (subsurface). Results showed higher amount density, Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) silt surface layer deposit that is related vegetation root growth this material than conditions. On contrary, amounts mentioned parameters lowest marl. there was no significant difference between subsurface layer, but trend changes similar surface. Overall, results show correlation conditions storing N. In conclusion, protection important increase Especially, overgrazing steep slope must be reduced or prohibited because rate carbon loss atmosphere it changing environment landscape global scale.
