摘要: We report measurements of small ion mobility spectra and concentrations made over a 5 month period using Gerdien-type spectrometer at one indoor site in central Bristol, UK, outdoor semirural area. assess the diurnal variation concentration mobility, variability with meteorological parameters, features within spectra. Ion (typically range 100–1000 cm−3) was highest overnight lowest late morning afternoon. Total conductivity also followed this trend suggesting that ions contribute more to than larger charged particles, although site, activity produced aerosol intermittently, while infiltration contributed urban site. Negative 1.6–1.9 cm2 V−1 s−1) higher other times, positive 1.2–1.4 cm2 V−1 s−1) showed no variability. In general, temperature, pressure, wind speed, water vapor pressure were inversely related both except outdoors when (negative) increased increasing temperature relative humidity associated mobilities concentrations. Analysis high-resolution revealed several for each polarity which peaks identified across all sites, similarity composition but varying importance Intermediate (mobilities 0.2–0.3 cm2 V−1 s−1) observed individual nucleation events may be them not identifiable.
