摘要: Abstract Studies in three thematic lines of research have manipulated parameters individual monetary incentive systems to determine whether those were functionally related performance. examined: (a) the size percentage total pay and base earned pay; (b) various ratio schedules reinforcement; (c) linear, accelerating, decelerating piece rate pay.
