摘要: Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) and granulosum granulosum) are common skin colonizers that implicated as possible contributing factors in acne vulgaris development. We have established direct visualization tools for the simultaneous detection of these closely related species with immunofluorescence assay fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH). As proof principle, we were able to distinguish P. bacteria multi-species populations vitro well a mock infection model upon labelling 16S rRNA probes combinatorial FISH antibodies. Furthermore, report co-localization stratum corneum hair follicles from patients healthy individuals. Further studies on spatial distribution structures various disorders needed.
