摘要: Gd–La codoped TiO2 nanotube arrays with diameter of 80–100 nm were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal method and ion exchange by using anodized titanium oxide as base reagent. The photocatalytic efficiency the evaluated degradation organic dye methyl orange (MO) has been significantly enhanced twice in comparison to that undoped TiO2. Abundant oxygen vacancies surface defects created substitution Ti4+ for La3+ Gd3+ their lattices can accelerate electron trapping adsorption, therefore speeding separation photogenerated electron–hole pairs accelerating MO photodegradation. results display obtained will be acted very promising photocatalysts enhancing activity.
