摘要: A unit cell of a much reduced size for plain weave textile composites has been formulated in this paper. Use made all available and independent types geometric symmetries, including translations, reflections rotations. These symmetries have interpreted into appropriate mechanical terms based on the concept relative displacements, from which boundary conditions derived systematically. All loading macroscopic stresses/strains considered full characterisation such composites. As associate with shear to be individually separately direct stress due use reflectional rotational obtained may therefore appear tedious but comprehensive systematic. The validated an example application illustrated.
