Recording in Thoughts: Recording Speech for the Purpose of Sharing

摘要: Non-expert users rarely use recorded speech as a means of communication and expression. This paper describes work on recording interface that reduces the need for editing, so to encourage medium. User needs were determined by diary study participatory design session. A technique, in thoughts, is presented, aiming reduce post-production enabling quick re-recording individual thoughts shortening long segments. Eight producers 43 listeners compared our technique with more traditional interface, preferring both create listen recordings made ours. The concludes discussion next steps this research. Author
