摘要: OBJECTIVE: To determine diurnal rhythm characteristics of pain, stiffness, and fatigue in self-ratings performed by patients with fibromyalgia (FM). METHODS: Twenty-one women FM made self-measurements on 100 mm horizontal visual analog scales at 6 prespecified timepoints home for 10 consecutive days. Linear multiple regressions were the original data 24-hour means vs classifiers (age, disease duration, tender points, dolorimetry score, Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire score), respectively. Data analyzed 7-day time-effects ANOVA weekly rhythms cosinor technique. RESULTS: Individual ratings correlated highly each other throughout day over days week. Of classifiers, score was found to be inversely related scores. For group subjects a low ( 2.25 kg), while showed same significant pattern as first group. whole, possible presence variation higher Sunday Monday lower Friday. CONCLUSION: Ratings are significantly correlated, show possibly rhythmicity, especially when pain threshold is (dolorimetry
