摘要: Pharmacogenetics has been driven by a candidate gene approach. The disadvantage of this approach is that limited our current understanding the mechanisms which drugs act. Gene expression could help to elucidate molecular signatures antipsychotic treatments searching for dysregulated pathways and relationships between products, especially protein-protein interactions. To embrace complexity drug response, machine learning methods identify gene-gene interactions develop pharmacogenetic predictors response. present review summarizes applicability topics presented here (gene expression, network analysis interactions) in pharmacogenetics. In order achieve this, we an example identifying genetic extrapyramidal symptoms induced antipsychotic.
