摘要: Abstract Results of differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) under isothermal and non-isothermal conditions on Se 0.7 Te 0.3 glass are reported discussed. By using the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation, effective activation energies for crystal growth, E G , have been evaluated crystallization mechanism has studied. The results indicate that process is a two-dimensional growth. average value 150±7 kJ/mol.
