摘要: Abstract Depth of leaching in weathering profiles glacial deposits, containing carbonates, may be used for correlation stratigraphic units, equivalent to substages, if measurements are done similar material and soils formed under climatic conditions. If great differences carbonate content parent prevent direct comparison the measured depth leaching, original has determined by applying a special formula. A between approximately contemporaneous terrains Central Latvia S. W. Ontario suggests that applied also telecorrelation.
