摘要: This paper analyses SO2, NOx, and CO2 emissions in three Eastern countries (Hungary, Poland Russia) OECD (France, the United Kingdom States) for 1971-1994. The energy balances method is used to evaluate from major economic sectors. emphasis on explaining high levels of per capita transition economies. analysis environment-economic growth relationship shows emission intensities compared countries. A Divisia index approach decompose change into effects four components: factors, fuel mix, structure, intensity. main contribution economies persistence intensities.
