The magnetoresistance behaviour of Au87Fe13 cluster glass

摘要: Magnetoresistance ( Delta rho / ) measurements for Au87Fe13 are reported in the temperature range 4.2-200 K and magnetic fields (H) up to 45 kOe. The remarkable feature of experimental observations is rapid decrease mod below 15 at low fields. This behaviour associated with breaking large clusters into smaller ones as a result dominating RKKY interaction system temperatures. observed corroborates neutron depolarization studies carried out earlier.
