摘要: Stress 70 molecular chaperones are found in all the major subcellular compartments of plant cells, and they encoded by a multigene family. Twelve members this family have been identified spinach. The expression stress response to heat shock is well-known it appears that low temperature exposure can also stimulate their expression. However, has difficult determine which member(s) specifically responsive temperature. This study was initiated levels other selected high exposure. During spinach, 10 were examined, showed increased RNA after one hour, down-regulation at longer durations quite variable complex. Some induced, some transiently up-regulated, while others sustained up-regulation non-freezing In comparison, entirety chaperone cold-sensitive tomato same even more dramatic with 11 15 tested exhibiting elevated consistent hypothesis biogenesis or stability proteins compromised temperatures. contrast, mild freezing sufficient cause injury spinach did not materially activate
