摘要: Background and Objective: Oil pollutions are one of the most important environmental problems worldwide that researchers have tried different methods for its degradation. In this regards biological attracted attention more than other methods. The main objective study was to find microorganisms could degrade aromatic components in floating crude oil. Materials Methods: order such microorganisms, some samples were taken from areas contaminated by petroleum compounds. Microorganisms live with oil as sole carbon source isolated. From these 14 isolated which all bacteria. variations compounds concentration measured gas chromatography method. Results: Among two called A-3 A-14 had ability degraded 89% 86% respectively. By microbiological techniques it found is pseudomonas aerogenusa. Conclusion: results showed biodegradation must toxic materials possible. Also indicated oil-degrading exist nature do not need adaptation oily
