摘要: INTRODUCTION: Cervical dysplasias are precursor to squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. Carcinogen induced mutations correlate with proliferative alterations. Accumulation such and unbalance genomic homeostasis induce changes in certain genes as well affect proliferation apoptosis. Immunohistochemical markers cellular proliferation, apoptosis survival cervical intraepithelial lesions still require morphometric studies order define their role development caused by invasive carcinoma. OBJECTIVES: In better understand processes epithelial turn over precursory lesions, histomorphometric evaluation for mitosis immunohistochemical reactions Bax, Bcl-2 Ki-67 proteins (reactivity, localization intensity) were carried out biopsies. METHODS: Samples split into four groups: 1. cervicitis (n = 20); 2. light dysplasia 3. moderate 4. severe 20). RESULTS: Intense observed high, extensive, intense, diffuse Bax immunolabeling. Proliferation mild or null groups 1 immunolabeling was more intense high degree other groups. Extensive suggests an increased over, which also corroborated histomorphometry. The is higher expression. CONCLUSION: These data indicate that pre-neoplastic process dynamic concomitant mitosis.
