摘要: In land-based wastewater treatment systems (LTS), denitrification is an important nitrogen removal process. We investigated the factors limiting denitrifying population in a forested LTS, by studying individual and combined effects of soil aeration, water content, nitrate carbon on enzyme activity (DEA). The size LTS appeared to be limited oxygen availability increased above that observed field. Furthermore, we found irrigation altered short-term response denitrifiers anaerobic conditions. Under low conditions, wastewater-irrigated soils produced enzymes sooner at greater rate than without history irrigation. propose cannot expected large free-draining, coarsely textured even when provided with additional inputs.
