Photoacoustic microscopy of layered samples: phase-detection technique

摘要: The possibility of using the phase shift photoacoustic signal different constituents as an alternative tool for depth profile analysis layered samples is discussed. method proposed experimentally demonstrated by measuring variations photoacoustic-detected magnetic resonance a sample consisting computer tape bonded to aluminium foil. experimental data are found be in very good agreement with theoretical predictions based upon simple one-dimensional thermal piston model.
