摘要: ABSTRACTFilamentous fungi of the genus Aspergillus are responsible for several superficial and invasive infections allergic syndromes. The risk infection its clinical outcome vary significantly even among patients with similar predisposing factors pathogen exposure. There is increasing evidence that individual microbiome supervises host-fungus interaction by influencing mechanisms immune regulation, inflammation, metabolism, other physiological processes. Microbiome-mediated resistance allow therefore control fungal colonization, preventing onset overt disease, particularly in underlying dysfunction. Here, we review this emerging area research discuss contribution microbiota (and dysbiosis), including immunoregulatory properties relationship metabolic activity commensals, to respiratory diseases. Finally, highlight possible strategies aimed at decoding ...
