摘要: Blood and the linings of blood vessels may be regarded as a fifth tissue type. The human body contains 5 × 109 red cells (RBCs) per ml, total 2.5 × 1013 in 5 l present body. With an average lifetime 125 days, RBCs are destroyed by leukocytes spleen liver. Nowadays extensively used to study various metabolic functions. Nanoparticles (NP) being widely accepted for drug delivery system. This review summarizes cells, NPs their characteristics on basis RBC components along with systems through RBCs. Further, we also discussed that how erythrocytes can efficient vitro model evaluating efficacy nanocomposite materials.
