摘要: Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences between reading rates stutterers and nonstutterers during both silent oral fluently spoken words. Ten adult 14 were instructed read two lists words over four trials each. first trial either or second list a trial. All other trials. word consisted nouns with lengths from five syllables. dependent variables times per syllable. major findings that stutterers, as compared nonstutterers, required longer syllable reading. These results indicate differ in basic processing time for verbal material.
