摘要: Psoriasis is a multifactorial genetic disease (Watson et al., 1972) in which major feature an exaggerated epidermal proliferation. Various disorders immunodermatology such as allergic contact dermatitis and atopic have increases of normal epithelial proliferation the lesion. At least at level current understanding, there reason to assume that many described abnormal mechanisms psoriatic epithelium will also be present hyperplastic epidermis general. This chapter cover proliferation, using psoriasis model, with idea knowledge may well pertain stimulated proliferate by immune injury.
