摘要: Interleukin (IL)-22 belongs to the IL-10 family of cytokines. IL-22 exerts its biological effects via members cytokine receptor class 2. CD4+ T helper (Th) cells predominantly producing have been designated as Th22 cells. IL-22/Th22 are functionally related IL-17/Th17 cells, but distinctly different. Both and IL-17 cytokines recruiting neutrophils in response microbe invasion. In chronic inflammation, mediates protective regenerative processes, whereas tend induce inflammation. Studies found that increased levels peripheral blood were associated with disease activity patients systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), decreased also reported. Here we describe analysis quantified by flow cytometry, correlate our findings SLE activity.
