摘要: Abstract The fabrication of nanocomposites by covalent inclusion inorganic nanoparticles in an organic polymer matrix is highly topical and may find applications the electronics, optics energy sectors. Incorporation CdS into polyacrylonitrile (PAN) matrices could be expected to display improved or enhanced optoelectronic optical properties. Using a newly synthesized RAFT agent, i.e. , CdS-DDAT (DDAT: S-1-Dodecyl-S′-(α, α′-dimethyl-α′′-acetic acid) trithiocarbonate), covalently functionalized (CdS-PAN) nanocomposite material was prepared presence small amount AIBN under ultrasonic radiation. This material, which exhibits induced positive nonlinear absorption incident light, has been well-characterized variety physical techniques such as GPC, UV/vis, FT-IR, TGA, XRD Z-scan.
