摘要: The reconfiguration of molecular tunneling junctions during operation via the self-assembly bilayers glycol ethers is described. Well-established functional groups are used to modulate magnitude and direction rectification in assembled by exposing them solutions containing different ethers. Variable-temperature measurements confirm that occurs expected bias-dependent tunneling-hopping mechanism for these ethers, besides being an unusually efficient medium, behave similarly alkanes.
