摘要: The Meloidogyne-based disease complexes (MDCs) are caused by the interaction of different root-knot nematode species and phytopathogenic fungi. These devastating several important crops worldwide including tomato coffee. Despite their relevance, little is known about role bacterial communities in MDCs. In this study 16s rDNA gene sequencing was used to analyze microbiome associated with healthy infested roots, as well females eggs Meloidogyne enterolobii M. paranaensis, causal agents MDC coffee, respectively. Each pathosystems displayed a specific taxonomic diversity relative abundances constituting very complex system. main drivers infection process were identified for both at order level. While corky-root coffee samples presented an enrichment Bacillales Burkholderiales, corcky-root on Saprospirales, Chthoniobacterales, Alteromonadales, Xanthomonadales. At genus level, Nocardia common systems, it could be related development tumor symptoms altering plant systems. Furthermore, we predicted metabolic profile roots shift that may result increment activity central metabolism presence pathogenic genes crops.
