摘要: Microculex is a subgenus of wild mosquitoes belonging to genus Culex, closely related preserved environments. Its immature forms are generally associated with natural breeding sites, especially bromeliads. Recent years have witnessed the presence some species in anthropic environments, including artificial which may represent an adaptive tendency. This study aimed investigate variation abundance and dispersal environments different forest cover proportions. Three sites proportions plant (60%, 70%, 90%) were selected environmental protection area city Sao Paulo, varying degrees modification human presence. Collection was performed from March 2015 April 2017, targeting bromeliads containers. Variations species' richness, composition, analyzed. mean larval density between gradients analyzed generalized linear mixed-effects models. A total 1,028 specimens 14 collected. Richness composition similar across Culex (Mcx.) imitator Cx. pleuristriatus most abundant species. The results showed relationship reduction increase for pleuristriatus. decrease cover. Species Pleuristriatus Series found both sites. findings emphasize that Group not limited but such as appear be well-adapted areas impacted by activity, colonizing suggest possible domiciliation process.
